Janek Sedlar, a young photographer from the Czech Republic, is famous for his series of photos of endlessly beautiful forests. Even though he is an amateur photographer, from his perspective, viewers cannot help but be amazed by the works that are as beautiful as the fairy tale world. According to the sharing, most of them were done by him in the forests of his hometown of Moravia or the White Carpathians nature reserve.
Message of light
In a recent share, the young photographer said that a few weeks ago, a terrible accident occurred that completely burned his house. This means that the photography equipment also disappears in smoke. “Fortunately, I still saved the old images,” he said.
At the last moment, light shined brightly everywhere
Sedla is currently raising funds to prepare for publishing a special photo book. Accordingly, the images in the book will be the secret forest he shared pictures of before. “The main purpose of raising funds to produce a photo book. The money collected will be used to cover printing and graphic editing costs and partly help me buy new equipment to replace what was lost after the above accident,” he explained.
The forest was silent
Previously, in sharing about his forests, Sedla said that his inspiration comes from everyday life, from nature, his thoughts and even himself. With the forest and meadows, he feels like he is returning to his childhood, regaining life’s energy and trying to share that moment with others through photos.
