Molested 25 minors

At a press conference on October 1, attorney Tony Buzbee, from the state of Texas (USA), announced that he is representing 120 individuals in civil lawsuits related to the horrific crimes spanning 3 decades allegedly committed by Sean Combs (Diddy).

Mr Buzbee revealed that the youngest victim was only 9 years old at the time of Diddy’s sexual assault.

“I want to focus on the age of these victims. When we talk about the age of these victims when this happened, it’s shocking. One was 9 years old, taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records. There were other boys there for the audition. This person was sexually abused by Sean Combs and several others at the studio with the promise to his parents and the victim that he would sign a recording contract,” the attorney said.

Mr. Buzbee also listed other cases such as another minor who was forced by Diddy to perform obscene acts in exchange for a recording contract and a 15-year-old girl who was drugged at a party in New York and then raped by Diddy and several others in a private room.

The lawyer noted that the group of 120 accusers had an equal number of men and women. Of these, 25 were minors at the time of the abuse. The accusations were not just words, but had photo, video and written evidence.

At the press conference, Mr. Buzbee warned that more powerful people and dark secrets would be exposed in the near future.

“We will expose those who have been aiding and abetting this behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter to the end regardless of who the evidence implicates. There will come a day when we name people other than Sean Combs and there are many. The list is long but because of the nature of the case, we need to make sure we are right before we go public. The names will shock you.

“People who know who they are should speak up now. I imagine there are a lot of people who are very worried as we speak. You can’t keep skeletons in the closet forever. I think there are a lot of people who are desperately searching for their memories right now as they delete their messages and data,” the legal expert stressed.

Mr. Buzbee added that the long list of victims dates back to 1991, with dozens of allegations involving sexual assault, violent rape, drug-fueled sex, distribution of recordings and sexual abuse of minors.

The alleged incidents took place at Diddy ’s annual White House parties , hotels, and other locations. According to the attorney, many of the accusers reported being drugged, specifically with horse tranquilizers found in their systems after attending the parties.

The attorneys plan to file lawsuits in several states (Texas, California, Georgia, Florida, and New York) within the next 30 days.

Immediately after the press conference, Diddy’s side once again denied the allegations and declared the rapper innocent.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address all of the baseless allegations in this reckless media stunt. Mr. Combs categorically and unequivocally denies all of the allegations against him. The suggestion that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, is false and defamatory. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court should the claims be filed and heard, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation,” Erica Wolff, an attorney representing Sean Combs, told Page Six.

Sensitive video between Diddy and more famous person is up for sale

Earlier on September 27, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney representing an unnamed accuser, mentioned Diddy’s sex tape during a televised conversation with  NewsNation ‘s Laura Ingle .

The lawyer claims someone contacted her to sell an 18+ video between Diddy and a higher-profile A-list star.

Mitchell-Kidd did not reveal who appeared in the sex tape, but revealed that both Diddy and the star were clearly visible in the video.

“I would say that the video is pornographic. It was filmed in his home in Atlanta and it doesn’t look like the person is looking at the camera. I don’t think the person knows they’re being filmed,” the lawyer said.

Mitchell-Kidd also discussed details of the alleged rape that occurred between Diddy and her new client in 2018.

According to the victim, at that time, she was at the house of a friend who had connections in the entertainment industry. That was also where the girl met Diddy.

“That led to her being served a drink. She began to feel dizzy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object, then directed another man to violate her while he watched and pleasured himself,” Mitchell-Kidd recounted.

Mitchell-Kidd’s client broke free and ran into the street. A neighbor allegedly witnessed the girl escape.

The lawyer added that her client filed a police report at the time but nothing happened.

Sean Combs is being held in Brooklyn, New York, after being arrested on suspicion of sex trafficking and other charges two weeks ago. The  I’ll Be Missing You rapper  pleaded not guilty and asked for bail, but was denied.
